All prices are subject to availability*. To secure your dates we require 20% deposit. Remaining balance 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday, the balance is due immediatly.

We ask for a £200 damage/housekeeping deposit( paid 24/48h before arriving). This will be returned within 5 working days following your departure after checking the property has been is left in a suitable state (i.e no extra cleaning is requried). 

* If you requre an alternative date range, we will do the best to accomodates you if sutable.

* We can offer short breaks in peak times charged 85% of the full week stay.
